  • Building material: mortars for the mounting of devices and embedding
    Application: mortar with small grains, which can be pumped over big distances, for force-fit connection of sensors to the surrounding rock or to a part of a building
  • Building material: fixation mortar
    Application: mortar, which can be pumped over big distances, to localise sensors or controls; the mortar comprises low heat development during setting and reduced uniaxial strength
  • Building material: filling material
    Application: free-flowing and self levelling building material used on a big scale for bore holes, joints and other cavities
  • Building material: injection mortar
    Application: highly impermeable, load carrying injection mortar for the sealing of cracks and joints with a volume expansion capability of up to 10 % in a stress free environment
  • Building material: dam building and barrier systems
    Application: highly impermeable, load carrying building systems with limited compaction characteristics for barricade constructions in rock salt, hard salt or carnallitite, which can be adapted to a given situation
  • Building material: building material mixtures for immobilisation of solutions rich in MgCl2 and CaCl2
    Application: transformation of solutions rich in MgCl2 and CaCl2 (solutions can be contaminated) into permanently ductile and immobile bodies through a minimal addition of binders

Development of mixtures for the production of back fill materials

Our services:

  • Development of mixtures based on waste for the production of back fill materials with hydraulic and mechanic implementation (hydraulic back fill, paste back fill, drop back fill, big bag back fill) including
    - preparation work for the definition of the permitted working area according to health protection – mining law
    - adjustment of the parameters necessary for handling (rheology, time limit of manipulation, properties concerning dust)
    - control of thermal effects and formation of gases
    - verification of geomechanical suitability
    - proof of compatibility to the host rock
