As K-UTEC can look back on the long tradition of central German potash research the company has intensively been developing special building materials for the use in saliniferous systems since its founding. With the development of continuously plastic systems - so called gel systems - on the basis of  magnesia binders a new state of the art was found.

Technical information on injection mortars

Injection mortars K-UTEC developed injection mortar systems on the basis of magnesia binders for the use in saliniferous formations. These mortars are characterised by the use of fine materials with a maximum grain size of 100 µm and a majority between 10 and 20 µm. The mortars were developed to be swellable...
