Secondary school pupils are welcome to get to know the broad spectrum of the fields of activity of K-UTEC for career orientation. For school project or seminar work that deals with the basics of potash mining, its history and the economic development in Northern Thuringia, our experts give their best support and help with their knowledge and experience.
Suitable pupils, who would like to discover their professional future with our help, should arrange an internship with us.

Graduate

Theses 
Do you have a good idea for a thesis that fits into one of our diverse fields of activity? At the end of their studies, we offer students the opportunity to write their thesis at K-UTEC and are open to suggestions for topics. Please send suggestions for topics and application documents to karrierek-utec.de. You will find advertised diploma theses under the open positions (link to open positions). We are also happy to support you with know-how and professional guidance for your diploma or master thesis, also within the framework of the Erasmus funding programme of the European Union or the DAAD.

Trainees 
Do you want to gain practical experience? Do you want to tackle complex challenges? This is exactly what an internship at K-UTEC offers. You will work on exciting projects for three months or more. In order to apply for an internship, you must study at least in the second semester at a university in the fields of natural and engineering sciences, have a quick grasp of the subject, have a good command of MS Office and speak English.

Dual studies 
Do you want to actively contribute your ideas to the world of work during your studies? We offer motivated and good students of the natural and engineering sciences flexible part-time jobs and the possibility of dual studies. This allows you to combine your theoretical knowledge with practical experience. This creates advantages for a good career start.
