In addition to the two strategic investors, Dr. H. Marx GmbH and Maschinenfabrik Köppern Beteiligungs-GmbH, 33 percent of the shares in K-UTEC belong to selected executives. In 2008, K-UTEC GmbH was specially converted into a stock corporation for employee participation in order to create the legal basis for attracting these top performers as shareholders.
This has led to a noticeable increase in motivation, corporate thinking and action as well as a higher level of identification with the company. The business statistics and the low employee turnover since 2008 underline the positive effect of our employee participation on the success of the company.
